We have been extremely happy with the work Bladimir Pedroza and his crew have done for us. The first project was increasing the opening to our attic. His crew did a fantastic job containing the mess, installing the new door, and cleaning up. We were impressed with the attention to detail of matching the stain for the new trim to the existing trim color, something we hadn’t even thought about. We were so impressed with their work, that we asked Bladie to renovate our old shed the following year. We now have a fully functional shed and beautiful screened-in sitting area. Every project, whether large or small, Bladie and his crew have worked hard to make sure we are pleased with the results. They are very friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions that we have. They are respectful of our property and clean up after themselves. We have already scheduled two more projects with Pedroza Construction, and we are looking forward to seeing the results.
After a 2-year search and recommendation from a friend, we found Pedroza Construction for a large expansion on our home. We could not be happier!! I used Pedroza construction to put a new flat roof on a commercial building and was extremely happy with their work. The owner, Bladimir, was great with his communication and was very easy to work with. His crew worked hard and efficiently and they got the job done in a timely manner. His pricing was very competitive. In the end everything was cleaned up and you wouldn’t know a contractor had even been there besides for the new roof. I highly recommend Pedroza construction.
After meeting with Bladimir, communicating our wishes for a remodeled and updated deck, and reviewing photos from past projects, we felt confident in working with Pedroza Construction. We received a very reasonable and fair quote for the amount of work and materials to complete this project. All the work to complete the remodel was clearly spelled out in the contract. When we requested unforeseen additional work, they readily included the work using creative solutions to enhance the beauty of the deck. The construction crew was prompt, cleaned up the worksite daily, and exhibited a pride of craftsmanship with their work.
